All of our desserts are served with ice cream

Cakeage fee small-print

We’d like to address a common question that has been raised regarding our cakeage fee. We understand that it may seem inconvenient, but allow us to shed some light on the reasoning behind this policy.

First and foremost, we want to emphasize that our aim is to provide you with the best dining experience possible. By allowing customers to bring their own cakes, we want to accommodate your personal celebrations and make your time with us even more special. However, it’s important to note that this practice comes with certain implications for our business.

When you bring your own cake, it means that we are unable to offer our signature desserts to you. As you can imagine, desserts are an integral part of our menu and contribute significantly to our income. By charging a cakeage fee of £2 per head, we are able to offset the loss in revenue that we would otherwise face.

We believe that £2 per head is a reasonable and fair amount. It helps us cover the cost of serving plates and any additional staff work required to accommodate your cake. We have carefully considered this fee to ensure that it remains small and affordable for our customers.

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that this fee allows us to continue providing excellent service and maintaining the quality of our overall dining experience. We are constantly looking for ways to enhance your time with us, and your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to serving you soon! 🍰🍽️
